With over 40 years of experience as a practicing CPA, Marcus understands that in order to plan and implement an effective tax strategy that allows the clients to achieve their financial goals, one must thoroughly understand the client’s business and financial needs.
Marcus specializes in agricultural accounting, mergers and acquisitions, offers-in-compromise, business valuation, strategic planning, historic rehabilitation projects, and business consulting. His expertise includes developing and delivering innovative solutions for complex tax problems and financial challenges, and he is widely respected for his remarkable ability to successfully combine theoretical concepts with practical applications.

Master of the analytical, Tony Delevati joined the firm in 1981 and has been actively involved in cultivating Ullrich Delevati’s business practices and honing its areas of expertise.
Tony recognizes the importance of carefully assessing each client’s financial situation in order to provide a range of custom services tailored to fit their precise needs. As such, Tony prides himself on providing personalized tax and accounting services while performing his work with uncompromising quality.
Tony’s advanced training and expertise in estate planning and philanthropic consulting has given him the insight and skills to develop innovative proposals and address the complex challenges in the specialized areas of estate and trust planning and charitable giving.
Tony enjoys listening to action-packed and alternate-reality audiobooks and is anticipating the time when he can resume his woodworking projects and enjoy more of the great outdoors — hunting, fishing, and camping.

Lisa Martinez-Dunham has worked with Ullrich Delevati, CPAs since 2014 and became a Partner in 2020. With more than a decade of experience in individual and business tax and accounting, Lisa guides clients with effective accounting solutions in tax preparation, tax planning, financial statement preparations, and more.
As a longtime Woodland resident Lisa is actively involved in supporting the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for Northern California Children’s Therapy Center and as a member of the Rotary Club of Woodland. Learn more about her community service here.
Vivian Plank has over 16 years of experience in public accounting; and in 2006, she brought her comprehensive skill set to Ullrich Delevati, CPAs, where she provides an array of accounting services for their closely held and not-for-profit clients, including financial statement preparation, compilation, and reviews.
Vivian moved to Northern California from Shanghai, China in 1993, and has been a Woodland resident for more than twenty years. When she’s not working, Vivian enjoys traveling with her family, practicing Tai Chi, walking her dog and investing her time to improve and support the community. Jim Engstrom joined Ullrich Delevati, CPAs in 1995 and heads the West Sacramento office, specializing in tax-related matters, business consulting, agricultural consulting, and everything real estate-related.
As a skilled negotiator, licensed real estate broker, and successful business owner, Jim’s broad knowledge base includes taxation strategies, budgeting and forecasting, marketing, and structuring business operations and business ventures. Jim handles sensitive issues with a high level of diplomacy and provides sound guidance and financial consulting services to a range of individuals and businesses.
