Jerilyn (Jeri) Ferguson brought her accounting acumen to Ullrich Delevati, CPAs in 2000, with abundant knowledge and experience in both the private sector and charitable organizations. Jeri truly seeks to understand the client’s point of reference, and is able to provide practical guidance on issues and challenges that are unique to not-for-profit clients. A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in both the Desktop and Online platforms since 2005, Jeri is well equipped to provide comprehensive assistance with all aspects of the software.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Jeri moved to Woodland in 1976 after marrying her husband, Ted, whom she met at Biola University in Southern California. Ted is a math teacher at Pioneer High School and coaches both the school’s boys’ and girls’ tennis teams. Their son, Daniel, and daughter, Colleen, both enjoyed Woodland’s kid-friendly atmosphere while growing up before striking out on their own adventures. In her free time, Jeri enjoys playing the piano, spending time with her awesome grandkids, and reading anything and everything related to Pride & Prejudice.

Julie Yule joined Ullrich Delevati, CPAs in 1996, and for over 20 years, she’s provided insightful and consistent tax planning and consulting services to our clients, working with a wide range of individuals and businesses to prepare their income tax returns. As an adept QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified in both the Desktop and Online platforms, Julie assists clients with QuickBooks account set-ups, conversions to QuickBooks Online, and training on how to use the software most effectively.
For the last ten years, Julie has enjoyed volunteering with her daughter’s school PTAs as treasurer and auditor. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family hiking and skiing in the mountains, vacationing in Hawaii, and exploring foreign countries.
Lisa Martinez, Senior Accountant

Lisa Martinez is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years of experience guiding individuals and businesses to success with effective accounting solutions. In 2014, Lisa brought her practical knowledge and valued skills to Ullrich Delevati, CPAs where she continues to provide solid accounting solutions, working with clients on tax preparation, tax planning, financial statement preparations, and more.
Lisa’s care for the community and children has found her currently serving on the board of directors of the Northern California Children’s Therapy Center.

Vivian Plank has over 16 years of experience in public accounting, primarily assisting small businesses with their tax and accounting needs as well as working through complex individual tax returns. She brought her comprehensive skill set to Ullrich Delevati, CPAs in 2006, and provides an array of accounting services for many of our closely held and not-for-profit clients, including financial statement preparation, compilation and reviews.

Teri Lim joined Ullrich Delevati, CPAs in 2017 bringing her substantial experience and dynamic knowledge of the private sector to our firm. She is also equipped to assist with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
